1. INTRODUCTION

Sure Loans (referred to as We, Us or Our) operates an online loans comparison platform (the Website). The Website enables users (referred to as you or your) to submit their contact details voluntarily, after which a range of loan providers may contact them. We work with multiple loan providers and may share your information with them.

These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Website and any customer profile created through such use. The Terms are valid, binding and enforceable against all individuals who access or use the Website.

By using any part of the Website, or by selecting any option indicating that you accept or agree to these Terms, you confirm your agreement to them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

We may amend or replace any part of the Terms at our discretion. Any amendments will supersede earlier versions and will be made available on the Website. By accessing the Website, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms as amended from time to time.

1.1 Bureau data access

By accepting these Terms, you consent to our obtaining your full credit information from a registered credit bureau and instructing the bureau to provide such information to us for the purpose of assessing whether you qualify for offers of goods and services. No live calls will be made to the credit bureau, and no footprint will be created that could affect your credit score.

1.2 Our Costs and Our Partners

The Website is free to use and carries no commission charge. We earn revenue by charging our partners when a customer requests further information about their products. This fee does not affect the price you pay. Our partners, identifiable on the Website by their branded trademarks, are certified, accredited and compliant financial service providers. 1.3 How We May Contact You

By voluntarily using our services and submitting information through our online form, you request and agree to the following:

  • That we may forward your information to our partners, who may contact you with obligation free quotations for the specific product you requested.

  • That we may transmit your information to, and receive information from, risk and credit agencies to ensure that we refer you to the most suitable partners. This may include the transmission of data such as credit information from your credit profile held at a credit bureau.

  • That we may forward your information to our partners, who may contact you with regard to products or services unrelated to loans, that they believe may be relevant to you, provided such contact complies with applicable direct marketing laws and your rights under POPIA.

We provide these services through a number of websites operating in partnership with the Website.

1.4 Communications

Your use of the Website constitutes your consent to receive communications from us through electronic or other means, including email, messages on the Website, SMS, automated voice messages, postal correspondence and telephone calls. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent electronically satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
